I would tell them to take a break. This world is cruel, and stressful. Every now and again you just need to take a break and have you time. If it ever gets to the point where you can’t handle it anymore, go to a therapist. (if the therapist isn’t helping find a new one, sometimes therapist don’t have a connection with you that you would need) Never give up and keep going!
