C. bc women were suffering during that time period. you know d wouldn’t even make any since bc women couldn’t even own anything or vote… abolition is a time for slaves and a movement for them i don’t remember exactly what happened but i do know that’s what it felt with. temperance movement was like when they abolished the alcohol back in the 1800’s.. i hope that clears up everything!!
