Answer:

3 minutes and 45 seconds

Step-by-step explanation:

His brother can eat 1 ice cream sandwich every 3 minutes and 45 seconds I found this out by dividing 30 by 8 then I got 3.75 then I converted .75 to 75% of 60 was 45 thus ending up with 3:45

a parking garage charges $2.50 base free plus an hourly rate of $4.00. If you hve most $12.50 how many parking you can
snow_lady [41]

Answer: 2.5 hours or 2 hr and 30 min

Step-by-step explanation:

We can set up an equation to find how many hours you can park.

2.5+4x=12.5

The 2.5 comes from the base fee. The 4x is the hourly rate, where x is hours. The 12.5 is the total amount of money you have.

Since we have our equation, we can solve for x.

4x=10

x=2.5

You can park for 2.5 hours, or 2 hours and 30 min.

A track has lanes 1 meter wide. The turn radius of the inner lane is 25 meters. To make a fair race, the starting line in each l
Angelina_Jolie [31]
Assuming that there are N lanes and runners are running in the middle of each lane,
width of each lane = (1/N) [m]turning of first lane = π×(R+(1/N)×(1/2))
turning of second lane = π×(R+((1/N)×(1/2))+(1/N))

you can get the difference in turning lane simply by subtracting turning of first lane from turning of second lane.
If i worked the problem correctly, it should be π×(1/N) meter difference between each lane
