If this does happen you should contact someone trusted or your doctor immediately. Psychotherapy also can help with anxiety. Psychotherapy if used correctly is tailored to you. Psychotherapy help you realize why you have anxiety and if there's any  way to help. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is another form of therapy. This can help people learn how to think differently and when confronted with anxiety act differently. Support groups is another way to help. Support groups are a great way to make you feel like your not going through anything alone. Support groups are full of people who are also dealing with the similar problems as you.
