Explanation:

woman's and children's health us more important because both woman and child need special treatment after delivery. If they aren't given proper care then they might even lose their life. Both should be given with nutrients and balanced diet. The child should be taken for vaccination. the sanitation should be maintained.

It needs it's own medical speciality because many women are dying untimely due to lack of medical treatment and lack of health institution.
