I believe the answer is the first one ! Keep in your mind that the first part of the ordered pair is always the domain , and the second part of the ordered pair is the range !!

Use the elimination method to solve the system of equations. Choose the correct ordered pair. 4x + 8y = 16 4x - 8y = 0 A. (4, 2)
balu736 [363]
Adding both equations cancels y:

<span>4x + 8y = 16
</span><span>4x - 8y = 0
-----------------+
8x = 16 => x=2

filling in x=2 in the first equation gives:

4*2 + 8y = 16 => 8y = 8 => y=1

So (2,1) is the (x,y) pair that solves the two equations. Answer C.</span>

kykrilka [37]
So, what is the case in which he uses the least coins? can he use 1 coin? no, there isn't a 35 cent coin. can he use 2 coins? yes! he can use 25+10 cent coins!

now, the largest number of coins means the coins of the smallest value: so using only 5 cent coins. How many would this be?

we have to divide:

35/5=7

so we would use 7 coins.

And the difference is 5: 7-2 is 5.

Expand in logarithmic expression
olchik [2.2K]
ln( \frac{m^{5}}{n^{2}})^{3} =3ln( \frac{m^{5}}{n^{2}})= 3(ln({m^{5})-ln({n^{2}))=3(5ln(m)-2ln(n) = 15*ln(m)-6*ln(n)&#10;&#10;

The answer is 15*ln(m)-6*ln(n)
