Typically, tension-type headaches usually disappear once the period of stress or related cause has ended. Tension-type headaches affect women slightly more often than men. The headaches usually begin in adolescence and reach peak activity in the 30s.

It would be Alcohol, any drug use,eating unhealthy, smoking,lack of working out,  lol basically having intercourse at a young age  without any protection, also unintentional injuries or violence.
 P.s to prevent most of these all you need to know is right and wrong and if you know these thing can have consequences  then don't do them also keep your legs closed , for one of them its important to work out every now and then
