Make sure to breath personal I have anxiety so when I’m stressed the combination isn’t good so just do the 54321 method

you're asking from a school standpoint no clue. If you're asking from a personal standpoint you should try weightlifting. It's a great way to put your stress out on something. When you're weightlifting think of it as you're relieving your stress by using the stress on the weightlift. I've heard it's efficent as i've told my friends but i'm not sure how efficent itactually is.

Really, none of these answers are good. leukocytes are the body's general immune cell, and lymphocytes are a type of leukocyte. Antibodies are only used when fighting an infection that your body already has experience with, so I'm guessing it you have to pick from these answers, its "lymphocytes", but it's not really the best answer.
