Also, there are some nutrients which cannot produce inside the body; that’s why they are referred to essential nutrient. The body mainly depends on six essential nutrients that are very crucial for the development and growth of the individual named are:

• Minerals

• Water

• Protein

Minerals are not produced by the body, referred to as essential nutrients. Also, they are the inorganic compounds in nature. They are divided into two categorize, namely trace minerals and micro minerals. Examples of trace minerals are selenium, copper, and zinc.
