Social Studies

Answer:

Through a compromise

Explanation:

Conflicts generally can end up in one of three ways :

1. One party get what they want while the others get nothing.

2. Both party get nothing.

3. Both parties get something.

A conflict generally considered to be a win-win if the parties that involved managed to reach condition 3.

One thing that can be done to achieve this is by creating a compromise. A compromise can be described as a middle ground, where both parties willing to come and create discussion with another. In this discussion, they find out a solution that might not be 100% ideal for both, but enough to obtain some level of benefits while avoiding direct confrontation.

A firm makes generous donations to charities, but its employees are always being scrutinized for engaging in questionable sales
fenix001 [56]

Answer:

unethical but socially responsible.

Explanation:

Ethics is associated with conduct in the company's performance in its production and marketing process. Thus, if the company knows that there is misconduct by salespeople at work and does not take action to correct it, the company is being conniving and unethical.

Social responsibility consists of the performance of a company in actions aimed at improving the social / environmental conditions of society, but in which it has no direct connection with the company's performance. This is usually done on a voluntary basis. Thus, if this company makes charitable donations, even though it is not required to do so, it is a company concerned with society, this is characterized as social responsibility.
