The answer is + two years pass without major events

The later chapters, on the other hand, seem to take place over the course of weeks, months, and years. In chapter 21, we briefly return to the Shelbys’ farm in Kentucky. Then, in chapter 22, two years have suddenly passed.

1. Ned said, <em>"I just love working in the hot sun. When can we do it again?"</em>

Ned exclaimed the opposite of what he's actually feeling because, in reality, <em>he doesn't want to work under the hot sun.</em> By asking the question<em> "When can we do it again?,"</em> actually means that<u> he is not looking forward to another day to working in the hot sun.</u>

2. Billy Fisher was a minor character and remained one as an adult.

This statement actually meant that <em>Billy Fisher's importance in the story only remained as a minor one </em>and <u>he never progressed</u> until the he grew older into an adult.

3. Kara read that Tom Sawyer tricked the boys. What a good friend!" she remarked.

Rewrite this unrestricted thesis statement to make it restricted.
hoa [83]

Answer:

First, a quick introduction.

Unrestricted thesis is a vary broad thesis that doesn't provide one clear topic to debate on.

Unlike this, restricted thesis is the one that is much more specific and narrower.

"Classical music is the basis for most rock music" leaves us on a to broad field for debate. There are countless ways this can be revised into restricted thesis. One can be more specific about what aspect of classical music, or which composer provided this basis. Also one could be more specific about genres of rock influenced by classical music etc.

For example, one of the possible revisions could be:

Mozart's chord progression provided a pattern that influenced classic rock bands.

This is now much more specific topic (restricted thesis) for debate.
