An outline will help a lot. For example if you were Writing a paper on the French revolution it would look like this.
French Revolution
I. Intro parahgraph
II. Reasons Why the war started
A. the unequal system of taxation
B. The way that the peasants lived a life of poverty while the Nobles
lived a life of luxury just because of their title.
And so on
you must think about how you can apply your knowledge to every day life
Each ends the second and fourth lines with a rhyme
Each capitalizes words that ordinarily would not be capitalized.
Each presents a nontraditional perspective about a common topic.
This is just my guess, but maybe it's because the dictators use their words to climb up and become one?
For example, Adolf Hitler was in the congress for a long time before he became a dictator. He talked and gave lots of speeches that the Germans (At the time) thought were good, so they slowly trusted him and unfortunately let him become dictator.
I wouldn't use this as an answer to a quiz or test, though.
