Answer:

Tattoos are not really a trait. You are given a tattoo and the offspring can decide if they want a tattoo...but if it is a birthmark then the offspring might have a similar birthmark. But other than that tattoos aren't really considered a trait.I HOPE IT HELPS:)

Which of the following best describes the process of transcription during protein synthesis?
jonny [76]

Answer:

The answer is 'D'. Transcription is the process by which a single stranded mRNA is formed from the double stranded DNA.

Explanation:

The central machinery of biology involves three processes- replication, transcription and translation. The process by which DNA doubles itself is called replication. In translation, protein is formed from the messenger RNA or mRNA. The major steps involved in transcription are:

 1. Initiation
 2. Elongation
 3. Termination

In the process of translation, amino acids bind together in the ribosome to form a polypeptide chain.

What does a scientist observe in a chemical's reaction rate? the speed at which the reactants change to products over a given ti
kvasek [131]

Answer:

The speed at which the reactants change to products over a given time.

Explanation:

A chemical's reaction rate is the change in the concentration of a reactant or a product with time (in moles per second).

Remember that during a chemical reaction, reactants are converted to products. Or what is the same, products are formed at the expense of reactants. This can be represented:

reactants → products

Therefore, the progress of a reaction can be followed measuring the decrease in concentration of the reactants or the increase in concentration of the products.

According to the temperature and other parameters, the reaction rate can increase or decrease.
