The talk of slavery often arise during conversations to discuss the treatment toward African American community in USA. Statistically, the treatment of the community toward the community still far worse compared to the white citizens.

For example, Black citizens are 4 times more likely to gain suspicion from the police than white citizens during investigations for similar crimes. On top of that Black people also around 50% less likely to receive call back from job application even if they have similar qualifications.
