Answer:

Some of the things that I've learned from this lesson is when I'm too stressed out to take a little break and remember to breathe. Something else I can do is make sure to stay active and do things that help me relieve stress. I personally enojoy going skating and just watcing movies. I learned that balance is good. If I need to talk to someone make sure I have someone I trust that will understand or even just listen. Taking walks and going outside, just being physically active helps with your mental health. Being inside all day makes you feel like youre not being prodoctive.

hope this helps guys, take care!

Shkiper50 [21]

Vitamin B12

When the milk's lactic acid and casein protein react, vitamin B12 is produced along with an increase in the value of other nutrients. One of the most crucial components in our diet is vitamin B12. Megaloblastic anemia, which can result from a vitamin B12 deficiency, makes its sufferers easily fatigued.

The B12 vitamin assists the body's neurological and cardiovascular systems by maintaining the health of blood and nerve cells. Additionally, it aids in the development of DNA and genetic material in each and every body cell. Additionally, it alters the DNA of the cells and causes genetic material to be malformed.
