Answer:

Some of the things that I've learned from this lesson is when I'm too stressed out to take a little break and remember to breathe. Something else I can do is make sure to stay active and do things that help me relieve stress. I personally enojoy going skating and just watcing movies. I learned that balance is good. If I need to talk to someone make sure I have someone I trust that will understand or even just listen. Taking walks and going outside, just being physically active helps with your mental health. Being inside all day makes you feel like youre not being prodoctive.

I mean, find what you want to work on when feeling mentally unstable. I guess just make a goal to what you want to achieve when doing this.
