The mental health of an individual is the state at which the individual mind functions. The emotions expressed is dependent on it. Previously, it was greatly assumed <em>to be tied to the feeling of self worth which the individual feels</em> but Taylor and Brown was able to prove in their research article that, those feeling is not objective feeling but rather a positive biased one which influenced the psychology of the individual feeling the good. These positive illusions promote psychological well-being.
