When bargains are so oppressive that the court decides to relieve innocent parties of their duties, such bargains are deemed?
Aleks04 [339]

That bargains will be deemed as unconscionable

Unconscionable bargains will be punishable by laws because  it's seen as something that is made as an effort misrepresent, to extort , or to trick other people into fraud.

When people are proven to be guilty for unconscionable bargains, it is really rare for courts to impose a jail time as punishments. Those people would most likely forced to renew the contract or have to financially compensate their victims plus additional fines to the court.

HURRY 50 POINTS
ollegr [7]

Answer:

below

Explanation:

To answer this question, we must first define "amnesty" to be based on something we can argue about. Amnesty, as defined by Merriam-Webster, is when a person or group in authority pardons a individual (or group of individuals) of a offense that they have done. The next thing we need to define is "undocumented workers". Undocumented Workers, as defined by WorkPlace Fairness, is not having met the requirements to be able to secure a citizenship or a permit, but is allowed to have working rights in the United States.

The question that is being asked here is whether or not illegal immigrants should be allowed to continue to work and live in a "legalized" status. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to be given amnesty. Remember, they are here for only to work, and if there is no other thing interfering with them being able to live inside their country (such as civil war, famine, persecution, etc.), they should continue to go through the same channel as others. Amnesty should only be granted to those who are in desperate need of it, and not to just anybody outside the country.

Overgeneralization, as in when children learning language make an irregular past tense verb regular by adding a past tense morph
mestny [16]

The answer is: b. competition model

According to the competition model,  at the earlier period when people try to learn different language structure, the information that people learn will compete/conflicting with one another.

This phenomenon explain the irregularity that occurs among children when they're trying to use past tense. Since the information about different sentences overlapping in their head, they sometimes overgeneralize some words as if they belong in the same tenses.
