One time I played soccer with (my friend name) at the time i was (your age). when we play soccer we play very hard. that say we played (your friend) feel and i helped him up and he had a bruise on his nee and i took him to the nurse to get a ice pack. (something like that)

One time me and my teammate were practicing softball and i was pitcher and she was catcher, she said i was terrible at pitching. another time i was playing third for softball and i made a good play and my short stop teammate told me good job and motivated me.
