What is a persons average resting heart rate?
SVETLANKA909090 [29]
The average is about 60-100 beats per minute.

But when you are resting it slows down, as well as when you’re running. When you’re running it goes up, it depends on the persons age. And when you’re sleeping it has lower beats per minute, it would between 40-50 beats per minute.
