They were two fastest boys one had 12.19 seconds the second one had 12.38 seconds what do I have to round it to

Boy 1 would round to 12.2 and boy 2 would round to 12.4

1st Boy = 12.19--> round up to 12.2 seconds
2nd Boy= 12.38 --> round up to 12.4 seconds
When the number beside the number you want to round off is below than 5, you round down. But when the number beside the number you want to round off is greater than 5, you round up.
