This can be encouraging younger generations to persue medicine and make sure their is sufficent support for those students. Health dispairities are a big problem in figuring out why certain populations are not able to get health care. I personally think that a community in it of itself needs to support its own community members. It is hard to have foreign people who may not know the community to support the community.
