suter [353]

Unit on Technology & Globalization ... of the “digital divide,” and participate in a role-playing exercise on developing information technology infrastructure. lemme edit this

Given the increasing intensity of global knowledge flows to the important advantages of globalization, despite the many criticisms of globalization due to its potential negative effects, the study indicates that it has increased the spread of technology across borders in two ways. First, globalization allowed countries to acquire foreign knowledge more easily. Second, globalization is promoting international competition, including increased competition as a result of the rise of emerging market players, which reinforces incentives for companies to innovate and adopt foreign technologies.

On the eve of colonization, european concepts of freedom bore little resemblance to our modern concepts of personal liberties. e
Lerok [7]
The 15th century was just about when feudalism gave way to capitalism since the Renaissance started in the 16th Century with nascent capitalism in Italy. So during feudalism or the Middle Ages, one was born into a set social rank and stayed in that position until one died and one had to respect the absolute authority of the king and religion sanctioned this situation. Christian liberty did not develop until the subsequent rise of capitalism.

What happens when the supreme court strikes down a law that congress really wants to see enacted
Firlakuza [10]

The answer is: The law would not be passed until the components is restructured

When the supreme court strikes down a law, it would most likely have a reasons that make the law interpreted as 'unconstitutionl'. Since the constitution has supremacy over other laws, the strikes made by the supreme court would make the law unable to be passed. In order to fix this, the congress need to restructure the law and remove the 'unconstituional' part of the law.
