Answer:

1. B 2. D 3. C 4. B

Step-by-step explanation:

1. If it takes 1/3 to make a scarf then you can make 3 with one yard of fabric and since there are five you do 3 times 5 to make 15.

2. Since you want to build 8 and you can't use the wood you cut up already. All you need is eight because each board makes 1 birdhouse.

3. If there are 12 then you take 3/4 on all of them you get 12 but then you have some left over and then you get 4 more 3/4 which makes your answer 16.

4. If you un-simplify 3/4 you get 6/8 and half of 6/8 is 3/8 which is your answer.

Hope this helps

Pls mark brainliest.

Answer:

The Réaumur scale also known as the "octogesimal division", is a temperature scale in which the freezing and boiling points of water are set to 0 and 80 degrees respectively. The scale is named after René Antoine Ferchault de Réaumur, who first proposed something similar in 1730.

Fahrenheit is a thermodynamic temperature scale, where the freezing point of water is 32 degrees Fahrenheit (°F) and the boiling point 212°F (at standard atmospheric pressure). This puts the boiling and freezing points of water exactly 180 degrees apart. Therefore, a degree on the Fahrenheit scale is 1/180 of the interval between the freezing point and the boiling point of water. Absolute zero is defined as -459.67°F.

The answer to your question is 10 seconds. I know this because:

distance divided by speed=time
let t=time
t=2*6(30/36)=10
t=10
So, it took Boris a total of 10 seconds to run up the out of service elevator.

Hope this helps!

ohaa [14]

Answer:

x = 2

Step-by-step explanation:

x + 1/2 (6x - 4) = 6

Expand the brackets.

x + 3x - 2 = 6

Add like terms.

4x - 2 = 6

Add 2 on both sides.

4x = 6 + 2

4x = 8

Divide 4 into both sides.

x = 8/4

x = 2
