1. Warm Up: 
Warming up is important because it helps stretch out muscles and gets the body ready for exercise. You should warm up 10-15 minutes of a session.

2. Exercise: Exercise helps the heart maintain normal blood pumping and helps lower blood pressure. A proper workout session should be 30-60 minutes

3. Cool Down:  Cooling down is important because it returns the body back to normal. Take at least 5-10 minutes to cool down. 

4. Muscle Toning: Toning<span> exercises are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. </span>Keep 5- 10 minutes for muscle toning.
