It really depends on your age if you’re a minor obviously you need parental consent. But a doctor will take you step-by-step starting with therapy a lot of them require a psych evaluation then after that I think you just kind of get approval from your insurance. So first I physical visit your primary care doctor

A common skin disorder, rosacea typically affects facial skin causing redness of the cheeks four head, nose and chin.   • persistent redness resembling sunburn acne-like pimples and bumps without the presence of blackheads
  • very prominent blood vessels, which have higher visibility under the skin

Rosacea can be aggravated by drinking alcohol, hot foods and drinks spicy foods, anxiety and stress.
