I believe Poverty Point was located adjacent to the Mississippi River because it easier for people to travel to trade there. Also, Poverty Point was able to have a complex society because they had traded to get the objects or minerals they couldn't get from hunting or gathering.

The British sent George Washington (who was 22 years old) to force the French to leave. Because of his poor handling of the situation, he is responsible for starting the war. In Albany, NY, Benjamin Franklin proposed a plan called the "Albany Plan of Union." However, it wasn't put in to action because the colonists thought their loss of power was too much.
