F(t) = 2 *  \frac{1}{ 2^{3t} } - Subsitiute 2 for t
F(2) = 2 *  \frac{1}{ 2^{3*2} }
F(2) = 2 *  \frac{1}{ 2^{6} }
F(2) = 2 *  \frac{1}{64}
F(2) =  \frac{1}{32}
