the person wants to shield themselves from personal liability is the only one that makes sense to me because partnership or sole proprietorship you get no shield on your business and if you are sued it would be on you or you and your partner the original idea isn't a good answer and no matter what kind of business it is its going to make alot of money as long as its successful
