What happens to energy as you move up food chain
geniusboy [140]
As you move up to the food chain, the energy will decrease. This explains that the more the consumers, the lesser the energy that the last consumer will get from the sunlight. This is because each energy will decrease as it passes by the consumers because each consumers takes a portion of the full energy from the sun.

g ______________ pair with UAC, UAU, and UGC codons. Group of answer choices tRNAs ribosomes elongation factors release factors
Vsevolod [243]

The anticodons on tRNA are the ones that pair with codons on mRNA during translation.

Translation

It is also known as protein synthesis.

During this process, the genetic codes on mRNA, otherwise known as codons, pair with their complementary anticodons on tRNA to release the respective amino acid.

The amino acids are linked together by peptide bonds to give the primary structure of proteins.

If adenine didn’t always pair with thymine and guanine didn’t always pair with cytosine, the new DNA ladders wouldn’t always be
zloy xaker [14]

Answer:

they wouldnt be identical because for example Guanine could be paired with thymine in the original DNA strand but could decide to pair with adenine in the replication DNA. that would make a different type of DNA.

Explanation:

DNA replication is a beautiful process. In DNA replication adenine only pairs with thymine and guanine only pairs with cytosine. this ensures that a replication of the DNA will be the same type of DNA.

Replication works like this. Helicase splits open the DNA and each side is copied by DNA polymerase. If let's say the nucleotide bases for side 1 are ATGCGA then the DNA polymerase will pair these with the matching bases TACGCT which will make the same DNA but if each base could pair with any base they want that could create a few different variations of the original DNA. ATGCGA could very well be paired with TCGACA or CGACTA which would created two different types of DNA.
