Answer:

Following are the responses to the given question:

Explanation:

Its key concept behind its Kansas-Nebraska Act is Popular Sovereignty, "its great theory of Personality," Senator Thomas Jefferson stated, had no voice in the option as to whether or not to allow the land to slavery.

It was not very obvious that the problem of slavery became removed from federal legislators by removing and put before the settlers who'd been directly influenced by the expansion of slavery. This was not. That's why it's been neglected.

How did the Supreme Court decision in Worcester v. Georgia an the Indian Removal Act Lead to the removal and resettlement of Nat
chubhunter [2.5K]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The Supreme Court decision in Worcester v. Georgia and the Indian Removal Act Lead to the removal and resettlement of Native American Groups in that both influenced the displacement of Native American Indian tribes from their native lands to the Indian Territory in Oklahoma.

The Supreme Court decided on the case of Worcester v. Georgia on March 3, 1832. It decided that the state of Georgia did not have the authority to regulate the dealings between its citizens and the Cherokee Indians.

Eastern Oklahoma became the territory for many Native American groups because many tribes were forced to relocate to this region.

When the Indian Removal Act was passed on May 28, 1830, it gave power to the President of the United States to remove Native American Indians form their former territories. and that is what President Andrew Jackson did. The Cherokee had to experience the  Trail of Tears.
