Why do you think it benefits people to have brains that are flexible? what would happen if brains were not flexible?
Sati [7]
If a human brain is not flexible, it will be a lot more limited than it already is. In another way of looking at it, you can even say that if it does not expand, it is only a box or a storage. Our brains do not only work as storage of information! We also use our brains for thinking etc. If it is rigid, when a lad hit you accidentally on the face with a paper, you may resort to violent retaliation.

Brains should be adaptable on the grounds that on the off chance that they weren't we could never have the capacity to expand our astuteness. Individuals are more adaptable mentally on the grounds that we can turn our hands to more mind boggling things and can learn better.

Person-centered therapists use a variety of exercises and techniques, among them the empty-chair technique. True False
vladimir1956 [14]

False.

Empty chair technique is a method used in Gestalt therapy.

What is the empty chair technique?

It is a gestalt therapy technique where the client engages in an emotional dialogue with a part of themselves or a significant someone (such as a parent) who is pictured as sitting in an empty chair during the session. The client then switches places with the other and assumes that part or that other person. These days, the two-chair technique is another name for this method.

This simple method is intended to help you resolve any internal or interpersonal disagreement. It enables you to view the problem from a fresh angle and develop understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

How does the separation of powers guard against tyranny
cluponka [151]
The separation of powers and checks and balances grants each branch of government with their own limits of power. This prevents tyranny because the other branches will check the one branch's limits on the power and stop it before it gets out of hand.
