Answer: Parents pressure their children in the areas of education, career and attitude, comparing them to be like their siblings, friends or relatives againts their wish in most cases.

Explanation:

Peer pressure is a major concern for many homes where children are trained. Many children growing up has been put under pressure by their loved ones in terms of success and attitude in comparison with their friends or relatives. Peer pressure could be defined as the scenario where an individual is pressured by friends, colleagues or family to act like who they don't want to. Peer pressure and family comparison began with parents, who feel their children are not meeting up with their colleagues or relatives and tend to push them to perform.

Areas where parents enforce this pressure is in education, career, attitude. They make their children or guardian to do better, like who they are compared to even when the individual doesn't have intentions of doing so.

andrew11 [14]

The correct answer is letter B

Olfactory sense is one of the five senses through which odors are perceived. The nose, equipped with olfactory nerves, is the main organ of smell. The olfactory nerves are also important to distinguish the taste of substances that are inside the mouth.

  • In the nasal cavities, the particles dissolve in the mucus, reaching the olfactory hairs of the olfactory cells. In these, the odor is transformed into nerve impulses, which are transmitted by their axons to the olfactory bulb, followed from this to the brain by the olfactory nerve.

Transduction is a transformation of physical or chemical stimuli into electrical potential by sensory receptors. Whether neuronal or secondary sensory cells, all highly specific.

The mechanistic perspective of the universe changed people's perceptions about government because it meant what?
lys-0071 [83]

I believe the answer is: government could be run by mechanical automatons who would force humans to do their bidding for the masters

technically, if government processes and procedures could be enumerated, or specified in a legislative document it might improve its efficiency in some sectors. But, machines would not be able to put emphaty which might be crucial in order to impose justice to the people.

Compare and contrast life of one of your parents with your life when she was at your age. Which has a better life? Do you think
Dimas [21]

Answer:

I think we have a better life

Explanation:

I think we have a better life because back then, they didn't have a lot technology and develpment. Also, they didn't have a lot of cures to cure deasieses (I think that's not how you spell it but...) and they didn't have a lot of safety. Although I think my life is better, I think my mom would have had a better life back then because she didn't need to worry about her business failing, family divorce, or money because her mom was there to take care of her before she was married. I prefer the condition of the struggles of my parents then because she didn't really have a lot of struggles but now, since that we're all grown up, she has to tell us what she wasn't telling us when we were young because we wouldn't understand what she is talking about. (family stuff, fights, what she was thinking when we were young)
