1. the actual to figure it out is you add the total number of students 7+7+6=20.

2. and then you divide 100÷20= 5, 5 represents the percentage each student takes up. (so 5% per student)

3. since you have 7 students in the car category you multiply 7x5=35% and we know that an equal amount of students ride bus so that would also be 35% and then you do the walk/bike category so 6x5=30%

4. then you just look for the one with the white up to 35% which A and C work, but then you have to look at the grey which should be ending at 70% leaving C
