Why is it important to set short-term and long-term goals? How will you keep track of your progress toward reaching your goals?
iren [92.7K]

Answer:

Both short term and long term goals must be realistic. For example if you want to lose 50 pounds. A short term goal is losing 2 pounds in a week, while the entire 50 is obviosly more of a longterm goal. You can keep track with a chart in which you can record your day to day progress. When reflecting on your progress you must note some goals must be taken day to day, or the anticipation may drive you to quit if you arent getting results sooner.
