Your actions behind the wheel only affect yourself and your passengers.
Ede4ka [16]

The action behind the wheel certainly affects the driver and the passengers in his vehicle. Uncontrolled driver action can cause accidents, which means impacting on other vehicles, hurting pedestrians, injuring drivers in other cars, their passengers, hurting himself and his passengers. This is, of course, the ultimate consequence, although the unintended action of the driver can cause fear, panic, a sense of discomfort. Therefore, you should not sit behind the wheel in a state of tiredness, nervousness, use iphone while driving etc

Why do you think the smaller states were satisfied with government under the articles of confederation?
Eva8 [605]

Articles of Confederation formulated a weak national government with most of the political powers retained by the states. The Articles presented no division of branches. Smaller states were satisfied with the government under the articles of confederation because states were authorized to mint their personal money. There was no control of trade between the States.

States could even the treaties with international nations and have the power to declare war, "with the approval of Congress."
