Answer:

Each additional pound adds about one hour of cooking time.

Step-by-step explanation:

An 11-pound roast will take about 4 hours.

If you look at the plot I assume that the first dot there symbolizes the number 11 and the dot is positioned on about 4 hours. The question is asking which statement isn't supported by the plot and so this is incorrect.

Each additional pound adds about 1/2 hour of cooking time.

Yes, if you once again look at the plot you can see with each additional pound the time it takes to cook is roughly 1/2 hour more than the previous one. Of course there are spaces but by looking at the rest of the plot you can predict where those dots go.

A 16-pound roast will take about 6.5 hours to cook.

Once again if you look at the plot and look for the point that's above 16 lb if you look at it, it does say it takes about 6.5 hours.

Each additional pound adds about one hour of cooking time.

This question must be the answer as the question is asking for the option that is NOT supported by the plot and this answer cannot be supported by the plot if we already know, "Each additional pound adds about 1/2 hour of cooking time." is true.
