B)  The president would be doing just to make sure he gets his way. While this doesn't involve the other branches, it can affect them. He can be siding against the senate in something and just fire someone for not agreeing with him.

C)  Social media can have a negative affect on the relationship between the president and Congress. Things can be posted about either party that aren't true and have a major impact on voting results.
