Her total fruits is 275.

So 275/4=68.75

But, we can't have 0.75 of a stick, so we round up to 69.

To check, you can just do 69x4=276.

It doesn't matter that we have an extra stick because 68 of the sticks will have 4 fruits on them and 1 stick will have 3.
