A researcher finds that people who own more than two cars have bigger homes, more garage space, and make more money than people
Elan Coil [88]

Answer:

Alternative explanation

Explanation:

The alternative explanation is considered to be in all of the outcomes of the evaluation. These evaluations are formal or informal. There are many investigators, researchers, and managers that should be scrutinized outcomes for evaluations and the explanation so that new further information. The app-rant outcomes may be reflected by the methodological issues for example selection bias.

Thus in the above explanation people who have more than two cars have bigger homes. and have more money. So that people think that people who have a car garage and a bigger house have more money but the researcher here failed to eliminate the alternative explanation.

Anvisha [2.4K]

Answer:

The independent variable is how many maps/charts are made by a student.

Explanation:

The independent variable refers to the variable the researcher will manipulate while the dependent variable is the variable that is affected by the manipulation of the independent variable.

This means that the dependent variable outcome will depend on other variable which is the independent one.

In this example, you predict that exam scores are higher for students who created more maps/charts. In other means, the exam scores are being affected by the making of maps/charts to study (if you make more maps/charts, THEN you get a higher score). You can decide on how many maps/charts you will make but you cannot decide on what score you'll get on the exam, since you can manipulate the amount of maps/charts you will make, this is the independent variable.

Therefore, the independent variable is the making of maps/charts.

Allisa [31]

ANSWER: MEDIATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE

EXPLANATION:

MEDIATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE (MLE) refers to the structured approach to learning, which is all age group bound. The subtle of social interaction between teacher and chiid (learner) in the improvements of the learner’s learning experience is also expressed as Mediated Learning Experience.

Mediated Learning Experience (MLE) occurs when children are

guided to metacogntion (learn how to learn) by a mediated agent (often parent, sibling, teacher, or other professional) who has

more knowledge. The mediated agent organizes and transforms stimuli experienced in the extrinsic environment to the child.

L. Vygotsky used sociological approach to develop intelligence and cognition, and described mediation for learning as an crucial path to survival and success.

L. Vygotsky’s theory of the ‘Zone of

Proximal Development’ described four (4) steps in mediated learning experience. They include:

A. Reciprocity (the establishment of a responsiveness between the mediated agent and the child, which is elicited by sharing of cultures).

B. Intent (the explicit goal that is established between the child and the mediator)

C. Meaning (the personal relevance of the learning experience).

D. Transcendence (the expansion of understanding beyond the scope the child is learning in a certain activity, which allows the child to create his/her own learning strategies).

How did the ancient cultures of Mesopotamia and Egypt develop into successful civilizations
balu736 [363]

The success of both would be strongly contributed to by a great deal of luck to begin with. This luck pertains to having the right conditions under which to produce the food and water necessary to support large civilizations and communities. The power and force to gain large areas of land to be drawn into the civilization. The power and force to keep control of neighboring captured and incorporated lands. The dedication of the people, normally gained by having the power and force to provide them with safe and contented lives without worry of invasion and destruction. Without such power and growing force (military) the civilization would have been a single community or oasis in the desert.

Seeing that the fledgling civilization would survive, there was a need for accounting for all the food and supplies collected from the outer regions so they invented writing and a written record to keep track with. This forced organization and removed a great deal of chance related to luck and thus yielded a stronger and more powerful nation. With which more land could be conquered and absorbed into the realm of the nation.
