Answer: C

Step-by-step explanation:

it would take six hours, and i solved this simply. i just kept counting up. if 1/12 of the building is cleaned in half an hour, then 2/12 of the building is cleaned in 1 hour. i just kept adding 1/12th of the building per half hour, and figured out that it would take 6 hours to clean the whole building.

The base of a solid oblique pyramid is an equilateral triangle with a base edge length of 18 inches What is the height of the tr
ExtremeBDS [4]
The height of the triangular base of the pyramid is calculated through the equation,
                                        h = (cos x)(18 in)
where h is height and x is half of the angle of the triangle. Since the triangle is equilateral, the value of  x is 30°. Substituting,
                                        h = (cos 30°)(18 in)
                                        h = 15.59 in
Thus, the height of the base is approximately 15.59 inches.

A rectangular box is 6 inches wide 10 inches long and 2 inches tall how much wrapping paper is needed to cover the box exactly
stepladder [879]

Answer:

184 in²

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :

Width, w = 6 inches

Length, l = 10 inches

Height, h = 2 inches

To obtain how much wrapping paper is needed ; we take the surface area of the box

Surface area = 2(lw + lh + wh)

Surface area = 2((6*10) + (6*2) + (10*2))

Surface area = 2(60 + 12 + 20)

Surface area = 2(92)

Surface area = 184 in²

The amount of wrapping paper needed = 184 in²
