Check your surroundings for any danger, if it's safe enough then check for their pulse and then for if they are breathing. if you don't get a pulse or a breath then call emergency services. that's where somebody else or yourself NEEDS to start administering CPR/First Aid

  2. They also regulate calcium ion concentration inside the cell.
  3. They are the site of thermogenesis [ heat generation ]

  • Endoplasmic reticulum
  1. It acts as a cytoskeleton and gives mechanical support.
  2. It helps in lipid synthesis.
  3. It helps in glycogenolysis.
  4. It forms nuclear envelope during cell division.

  • Ribosomes
  1. They help in synthesis of protein and hence they are called protein factories.
  2. They also store protein for a temporary time.
