Answer:

1. Emotions are the same everywhere. Wether you live in Canada or Africa, angry is still angry and as a result its easy for the same emotion to be common and have a place in the human language.

2. I would recommend keeping a five good things journal. When I feel restless its usually because I'm surrounded by positivity but just can't see my own.

3. When you overlap rationality and emotions, your overlapping the two basics of human kind and end up with a very powerful part of the human mind, the wise mind. Its called so because its by far the smartest and most important part of your mind.

4. I would stay calm. Its pretty obvious that they're really upset right now, and they don't really mean it. I would take a few minutes to think over how my friend is feeling and how I'm feeling. Compare and contrast you could say and then calmly say something along the lines of "I know you're upset, but I'm always here for you. No matter how hard it gets, I will always listen and understand. You're important and carry a lot of importance in my everyday life. Everything will be okay."

5. Something like "Big feelings like that are scary, I agree. But still, they are important. Feelings like fear and sadness can make the most important times in our live carry value and teach us important things. The best of friendships and the strongest family bonds are formed when big feeling like that come in to play. I know its scary to try and confront such feelings, but trust me. When you do, you realize just how fearless you are and all of the negative feelings are there for a reason.

I hope this helps! Its awfully long, but it should help you out.

Explain the physiology and psychology of MS and depression
jeka94

Answer:

Depression is not a fleeting emotion. It is a persistent disturbance of mood with complex roots in an individual's physiology and psychology, and it has marked symptoms. People with MS experience depression more than the general population or people with other chronic illnesses.

Explanation:

Although psychiatric conditions are highly prevalent among individuals living with MS, many persons with MS do not exhibit clinically significant levels of depression, anxiety, or other serious mental illness.

When you're managing the symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS), it's natural that you might find there are times you feel down. If you notice you're getting depressed, let your doctor know. He'll help you get the support and treatment you need to get back on track.

But MS itself might also cause depression. The disease may destroy the protective coating around nerves that helps the brain send signals that affect mood.

Depression is also a side effect of some the drugs that treat multiple sclerosis, such as steroids and interferon.
