Well all you need to do is add them so 3.45 + 2.2 = 5.65 then add 0.055 to 5.65 which is 5.705 and last but not least, add 9.03 to 5.705 which is 14.735 which makes 14.735 how many miles she ran. Hope this helps

How many ways can six of the letters of the word ALGORITHM be selected 8. How many ways can the letters of the word ALGORITHM be
SCORPION-xisa [38]

Answer with explanation:

The number of letters in word "ALGORITHM" = 9

The number of combinations to select r things from n things is given by :-

C(n,r)=\dfrac{n!}{r!(n-r)!}

Now, the number of combinations to select 6 letters from 9 letters will be :-

C(9,8)=\dfrac{9!}{6!(9-6)!}=\dfrac{9\times8\times7\times6!}{6!\times3!}=84

Thus , the number of ways can six of the letters of the word ALGORITHM=84

The number of ways to arrange n things in a row :n!

So, the number of ways can the letters of the word ALGORITHM be arranged in a be seated together in the row :-

9!=362880

If GOR comes together, then we consider it as one letter, then the total number of letters will be = 1+6=7

Number of ways to arrange 9 letters if "GOR" comes together :-

7!=5040

Thus, the number of ways to arrange 9 letters if "GOR" comes together=5040

Two angles are said to be complementary, if the sum of the measures of the to angles is equal to 90 degrees.

Thus, given that HFG is complementary to ACB, them mHFG + mACB = 90 degrees.

From the figure, given that the line from point F meats line CE at point P, then HFG = CFP.
But mCFE = 90 degrees and mCFE = mCFP + mPFE
Also PFE = DFH

Thus, mCFE = mCFP + mPFE = mHFG + mDFH = 90 degrees

Recall that mHFG + mACB = 90 degrees

Thus, mHFG + mACB = mHFG + mDFH

Therefore, mACB = mDFH.

Help !! Pleaseeeeeeeee

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

arc BE is the same as the interior angle, or 76°

BE = 76 °

we can also find arc CE the same way, b/c we can see that the interior angle is the suppment with 76 or 180-76 = CE or 104°

Now we know all the arcs but arc CD

so use the idea that all the way around the circle is 360°

360 = 76 + 104 + 140 + CD

360 - 76 - 104 - 140 = CD

40 = CD

CD = 40 °
