EDCB is a rectangle, so:

ED = BC = 12

DC = EB = 29

We know that,

= AB = AE + EB

= 34 = AE + 29

= 34 - 29 = AE

= 5 = AE

Now, in triangle EAD, by pythagonas theoram:

= H² = P² + B²

= H² = 5² + 12²

= H² = 25 + 144

= H = √169

= H = 13

So, AD = 13 cm

zvonat [6]

Answer:

y= 10x

Step-by-step explanation:

In 2002, a robot explored a tunnel 210 feet long inside the

Great Pyramid in Egypt. The robot could travel about 10 feet per

minute.

The speed of the robot is 10 feet per minute

we need to find the equation for giving distance y

the robot travel in x minutes

to time is x minutes

Distance = speed x time

speed=10, distance is y and time is x

y= 10x

How much is 15% of $25.00
FinnZ [79.3K]
Of means multiply, so we are going to multiply. Step 1: Make 15% a decimal:15= \frac{15}{100}=0.15. Step 2: Multiply 0.15 by $25.00: 0.15*25.00=3.75. Your answer is \boxed{\boxed{3.75}}}. Hoped I helped. :)

Calculate the length of the circumference of a circle with diameter of 9cm
tresset_1 [31]
Hello!

We must use a certain formula to find the circumference of a circle. The formula is:

C = 2 × pi × r

We have the diameter of the circle, so we'll be able to find its radius, since radius is always half the diameter.

r = d ÷ 2

r = 9 ÷ 2

r = 4.5

So, the radius of the circle is 4.5 centimetres. Pi equals approximately 3.14. Substitute:

C = 2 × 3.14 × 4.5

C = 6.28 × 4.5

C = 28.26

ANSWER:

The circumference of the circle is 28.26 centimetres long.
