Hi Kyliebreland!
So, If he saved $5 then we do $20 divided by $5 which gives 4 so now we split 100% into 4 pieces which gives us 25%.
Hope this helps!

How do I do this?? 7-11
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer: slope intercept is y=mx+b form s b= the y intercept and x will just be x and the m is usually a fraction which tells you the slope so what you need to do is mark these points on a line graph draw a line from one to the other and every where it crosses over a point is where you can find the slope and the y intercept giving you the answer

consider the function f(x) = x2 2x – 15. what are the x-intercepts of the function? left-most x-intercept: ( , 0) right-most x-i
eimsori [14]

we have

f(x)=x^{2} +2x-15

we know that

The x-intercept is the value of x when the value of the function is equal to zero

so

in this problem

Find the roots of the function

equate the function to zero

x^{2} +2x-15=0

Group terms that contain the same variable, and move the constant to the opposite side of the equation

x^{2} +2x=15

Complete the square. Remember to balance the equation by adding the same constants to each side

x^{2} +2x+1=15+1

x^{2} +2x+1=16

Rewrite as perfect squares

(x+1)^{2}=16

Square root both sides

(x+1)=(+/-)\sqrt{16}

(x+1)=(+/-)4

x=-1(+/-)4

x1=-1+4=3

x2=-1-4=-5

x^{2} +2x-15=(x-3)(x+5)

therefore

<u>the answer is</u>

the x-intercepts are the points (3,0) and (-5,0)

When each side of an equation has been simplified, equations that have BLANK coefficients and BLANK constants on each side have
kobusy [5.1K]

Answer:

The answer is below

Step-by-step explanation:

An equation shows the relationship between two or more variables. An equation is a statement that shows the equality between expressions. An equation with infinitely many solution is when all numbers are solutions, that is there is no one solution. Example is: x + 3 = x + 3.

When each side of an equation has been simplified, equations that have the same coefficients and the same constants on each side have infinitely many solutions
