Answer:

<h2>Have a common understanding in the classification of organisms</h2>

Explanation:

  • Taxonomy plays an important role in the classification of organisms to study the organisms on the basis of their properties.
  • Taxonomy is a branch of biological science that explains the identification, characterization, naming and classification of the organisms thus it is helpful to understand the different types of organisms that are present in the biosphere.
  • Taxonomy makes the scientist come on one point about the unknown organisms according to morphology, anatomy, physiology and some other properties of the organisms.
  • Thus a common understanding is generated among scientists of the world.

large, familiar form that consists of roots, shoots, leaves, and reproductive structures (flowers and fruit) is diploid and is called the sporophyte. The sporophyte produces haploid microscopic gametophytes that are dependent on tissues produced by the flower. The reproductive cycle of a flowering plant is the regular, usually seasonal, cycling back and forth from sporophyte to gametophyte.

The flower produces two kinds of gametophytes, male and female. The female gametophyte arises from a cell within the ovule , a small structure within the ovary of the flower. The ovary is a larger structure within the flower that contains and protects usually many ovules. Flowering plants are unique in that their ovules are entirely enclosed in the ovary. The ovary itself is part of a larger structure called the carpel, which consists of the stigma, style, and ovary. Each ovule is attached to ovary tissue by a stalk called the funicle. The point of attachment of the funicle to the ovary is called the placenta.

As the flower develops from a bud, a cell within an ovule called the archespore enlarges to form an embryo-sac mother cell (EMC). The EMC divides by meiosis to produce four megaspores. In this process the number of chromosomes is reduced from two sets in the EMC to one set in the megaspores, making the megaspores haploid. Three of the four megaspores degenerate and disappear, while the fourth divides mitotically three times to produce eight haploid cells. These cells together constitute the female gametophyte, called the embryo sac.

Based on the data in the graph, do you think that these volcanic eruptions were the main contributor to
Sholpan [36]
No. The trends go in different directions. CO2 goes up more than the volcanoes. It is the general trend that makes a difference compared to the fluctuations.

What is the midlife change in estrogen and progesterone levels referred to as?
elixir [45]

Answer:

The answer is: a. Climacteric

Explanation:

Climacteric is the time in the midlife of a woman that starts with the diminution in ovarian activity (less production of estrogen and progesterone) until the end of ovarian function. It is the compilation of gradual changes of ovarian function that happen before the menopause (cessation of menses) and continue for a while.

The phases of the climacteric are pre-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. During the pre-menopause, hormonal changes will take place, there is a decrease in estrogen and progesterone production.

If the rate of pumping of groundwater from wells is greater than the rate of infiltration recharging it, can the groundwater be
mafiozo [28]

Answer:

No

Explanation:

A renewable resource is one in which the rate at which its being replenished is higher than the rate at which it is being used up.

For example, the air we breathe is a renewable resource because it doesn't get used up as we draw it.

  • If the rate of drawing down a ground water supply exceeds the rate of its recharge, then such a water source is non-renewable.
