I am deducing that the main question is what are some techniques to reduce stress. There are many ways in which a person can reduce their stress level. One of these ways is by engaging in regular exercise. By exercising, your body releases endorphins. Endorphins are hormones that perform as an analgesic which is a pain reliever and stress reliever. Another way to reduce stress is to meditate. Giving yourself 5 or 10 minutes just to relax and breathe can lower your heart rate and make you feel more at ease.

kirill [66]
The correct answer is:
a. was completed in 2003

It was started in 1990, and run until 2003 (so we know that the first answer is correct and the second isn't). It provided a big amount of important information, but it' didn't allow anyone to alter their appearance, as this is not something that can be achieved via genetics.
