Why was the migration of the Aryans to India significant?
babymother [125]
The Aryan migration to India forever changed the Sub-continent. Even today, half of India speaks Indo-Aryan languages (Hindi, Bengal, etc.), and almost all of Northern India is heavily influenced by the arrival and settlement of the Arians.
Before their arrival, India was mostly inhabited by the Dravidians (Tamils, Telugus, etc), who have a darker skin complexion. The Dravidians still inhabit the south of India. Aryans introduced more white skin into India, and even today this distinction is visible: Indians in the south have darker skin and Indians in the north have lighter skin.

The Aryans also introduced a numerous cultural features in India, and in fact dominated the Indian culture for a long time (often forming an elite ruling over local non Aryan people).

I believe that the answer is D.

A - The controversy over religious images (iconicism?) wasn't one of the causes that led to Islam within the Byzantine empire.
B - The Byzantine empire's government was directly tied to their church, and so the banning of religious depictions was supported by the state as well as the church.
C - Because of its location, the Byzantine empire was influenced by a lot of different religions, and, while Christians were the most favored by the government, other religions were mostly tolerated within the empire.

Abstract reasoning: the last type of reasoning focuses on the ability to think and create different things, through abstract thinking, where concepts can be determined through innovative ideas. It is the opposite of concrete, when a certain thing is not palpable or not visible.

It is practically the opposite of logical reasoning, as it works with the concept of fact analysis, arriving at reason.
