perimiter=1/2 times 2 times pi times 7
we are given pi=22/7 so
perimiter=1/2 times 2 times 22/7 times 7
perimiter=2/2 times 22
permiter=22cm

the perimiter is 22

that's just twice the radius or 2*7=14
