That's easy

alrighty
we can see that each of those curves from K to N and from N to L are just 1/4 of the circumference of the circle
the circles have centers at J and M

so

we have 2 of those 1/4 circumfernce so a total of 2/4 or 1/2 circumference

circumference=2 times pi times radius
radius=JK=JN=NM=ML=7
we want half so
perimiter=1/2 times 2 times pi times 7
we are given pi=22/7 so
perimiter=1/2 times 2 times 22/7 times 7
perimiter=2/2 times 22
permiter=22cm

the perimiter is 22

wait, I forgot abou the bottom part (KL)
that's just twice the radius or 2*7=14
22+14=36
the perimiter is 36cm
